A golden breeding hen.  Here we go again - the Golden Mattens family.  Knock Out is
	a daughter of the sister to the Golden Mattens.  She is a beautiful hen with a great body,
	strong, soft feather, medium in size and rich red eyes.  As a breeding hen she is one of
	the best.  She is the mother or grandmother to 13 different 1st place winners.  This is
	remarkable when Achiel Mattens only took 2 to 4 eggs off her each year.  Almost every
	youngsters has been a good one.  The Mattens family is 75% Janssen base and 25%
	Meulemans.  They are a very consistent family that wins from 100 to 500 miles depending
	on who they are crossed with.  They cross well with just about all families and mature
	very quickly.  This is why they race well as youngsters.
	Knock Out is they type of hen that you can build a loft around.  She bred many winners
	and her children also breed winners - a very important thing to look for in adding new birds
	to your breeding program.
